The Australian Democrats candidate for Indi, Mark Carey, has questioned the commitment of The Greens’ Indi candidate who is holidaying in Africa during the election campaign.
“I’ve been travelling the electorate listening to voters about their concerns. They are disappointed The Greens candidate isn’t here doing the same. They are seriously questioning her commitment to the people she has put herself forward to represent,” Mr Carey said.

The Australian Democrats regard current military superannuation schemes as unfair and discriminatory.
“I want military superannuation pensions to be indexed to Male Total Average Weekly Earnings (MTAWE) or the Consumer Price Index (CPI), whichever is greater,” Mark Carey, Democrats candidate for Indi said today.
